Tile for Cake Shop in Osaka, Japan

Hy guys, here is my first artwork when i come to Japan. i finished for Cake Shop in Osaka Japan. I got challenge from Mr. Imai Tomokazu to creat this tile. I had made about 500-700 pieces of tile all by hand. i cut the clay, shape it like ball then pushed it into the casting/mold. Then, i need about 3 days to resting the tile in the dry room. everyday i had to check it. after that the tile ready to biscui firing. So, after biscui firing the tile had to get glaze firing. and it's done. Satisfied because after launching there are many request this tile.
